About Us

Harrington Software Associates, Inc. (creator of the Telework Learning Center) is a woman-owned business founded in 1997. We specialize in developing innovative, research-based safety training solutions for private corporations and the health care industry.

Our training courses are developed through funding by the National Institute on Aging, National Institute of Nursing Research, and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

All of our training courses are evaluated in extensive pilot and field tests with the target audience. Results of these evaluations are available in peer-reviewed journals such as: The Journal of Safety Research, The Journal of Continuing Education in Nursing, Journal for Nurses in Staff Development, Educational Gerontology, and Nurse Education Today.
